Research services are available that will provide clients with comprehensive and reliable information on health system and service issues. Although our consultants do not carry out primary research, our work focuses on developing literature reviews, environmental scans, discussion / issue papers to provide policy-makers with relevant information. Informed by existing evidence and shaped by critical thinking, policy development can then proceed. It is our belief that broader awareness of best practice and multi-stakeholder participation improves public policy.
