The project utilized our methodologies for the development of the region’s Health Status Profile through research and analysis of relevant statistical information, facilitation of community focus groups, conducting a regional survey of residents and updating a regional inventory of community resources. Findings were then utilized as core elements in a series of facilitated meetings with the Senior Leadership to identify Strategic Directions.
