The study was designed to help identify and differentiate tasks associated with the film-based processes, the necessary transition or temporary processes, and best practice opportunities that a filmless enviornment would enable.
The study provided an opportunity to focus on opportunities, re-alignment of tasks, and leveraging of technological investments. During the study, interviews of staff and care providers enabled the consultants to document, in a pictorial fashion, the detail processes related to provision of the service.
