The review process of Imaging Services included a general review of the present operations, including the staffing, equipment, technology, and work flows at both the Campbellton and Dalhousie facilities. In addition, interviews were carried out with key medical, technical, administative, and support staff members together with the collection and analysis of statistical data from internal and external sources.
